Raised on the beaches of California, I moved to the Rockies in the early 1980s. My love for adventure and a challenge continued as I fostered high-risk children for eighteen years, headed up a crisis center for ten, served in jail and prison ministry, and worked as an officer in some of the toughest jails in Arizona during a temporary five-year transfer. I have always loved to write and in my younger years, I played the guitar, writing songs and poetry. I see the world as a candy store.  So much to choose from and such exciting things to explore. Throughout life, I have encountered giants of all sizes and learned great truths in facing them. My heart is to support and help others in taking down their giants.
