Serving on a number of boards such as Prison Fellowship, Make-a-wish, Youth for Christ, CEF, and as Chair Woman on our local Civil Service Commission for our police and fire department, has certainly challenged and grown me while facing many giants. Warfare alone, during the nine years of teaching women’s Bible study, kept me on my toes as attacks would come from all sides, family being the biggest target.

The founder and president of The McKenzie Home project in Wyoming.
The McKenzie Home is a transitional home for single mothers and their children. Our mission is to provide single mothers with a home, and a program with access to resources, skills, and support needed to enable them to become successful parents and contributing members of their communities. This 18-million-dollar project will serve the whole state of Wyoming and will be the first of its kind in the state.
